Please join us for the board meeting and appetizers. If you are intending to order drinks or get a full meal, please bring cash to pay your portion.
Please wear a mask when not eating or drinking.
All members are welcome, even if you are not on the board.
6:30pm - Social time
6:45pm - Small groups break out - Time to ask for advice from other committees, check in with your team members progress, etc.
7:00pm - General board meeting business - a quick (couple of minutes) update from each committee, voting on any upcoming events.
8:00pm - We hope the meeting will be over, you may choose to leave or stay and socialize
This general board meeting is not the time to go over ideas and work out the nuts and bolts, please come prepared with proposed date, time, and location of your event, and let a co-director know in advance so that they can have it added to the agenda for voting.
The social time at the beginning and end of the meetings are a great time to hang around to get to know other board members and develop friendships.
Board meetings are intended to be kid free, however of course if you need to bring a nursing baby, or even an older child that is easily subdued by a device, we totally get it.
