Newsletter Submission Guidelines
The Novato Mothers Club newsletter focuses on information directed to entertaining, nurturing and supporting our children and us. Articles should be informative, and contain non-commercial, non-partisan, non-sectarian points of view.

The editors reserve the right to edit and shorten text as necessary; they also reserve the right to refuse text or advertising in accordance with club by-laws.

Please provide author/artist credit information for non-original material, include the name & date of the publication and the authors name and your name to nmcarticles@yahoo.com.

The Board meeting is the first Wednesday of the month. The newsletter is received by members on the last Saturday of each month. Submissions are due on the second Tuesday of the month for the next Month's Newsletter.
Advertisement Submission Guidelines

All ads must be prepaid. If you are running an ad for more than one month, the total rate must be prepaid. For example, if you are running a quarter page ad for three months, the prepayment would be $91.

The deadline for each month's newsletter is the 15th of the month. For example, the deadline for the January newsletter is Dec. 15. The newsletter will be mailed on approximately the 1st of each month.

Our current membership is approximately 400 members, primarily living in Novato.

If you wish to place an ad, please e-mail: nmcadvertising@gmail.com for more information. Please DO NOT send any ads or payments to the P.O. Box as this will result in a delay in your ad being placed in the newsletter.
