The annual membership
fee is $40. In addition to the membership fee, we are also
requiring each member to volunteer two hours of their time
during each membership year.
There are many club events that you can volunteer your time
at! Events include the Rummage Sale, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween
Party, Christmas Party and the Mother's Social. Or, you
can cook a meal for a new mother or a family in need.

Thank you for your interest in the Novato Mothers Club. Please complete the application below. The information you provide will enable us to place you in a playgroup, include you on our roster and send you a newsletter each month. This organization was created by moms, for moms, to support moms. This is your club so take advantage of what it can offer you!
Please
fill the form in as completely as possible. (Full names are
requested for each person in your family, because we would
like to address each family member by the name of their choice
- we know that there are many different types of families
including stepfamilies, same sex partners, single parents,
etc. - and we would like everyone to feel welcome.)
Annual dues are $40 (our fiscal year begins September 1st).
Dues are prorated as follows:
Joining September 1-February 28 is $40
March 1-May 31 is $30
June 1-July 31 is $20
August 1-31 is free
